1. Returns: We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.
2. Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the bespoke nature of custom and personalized products, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
